The service department worked incessively
to determine the cause of the problem with my Lincoln MKT. Although it
took almost three weeks to find and fix the problem, the entire staff
was very courteous, dedicated to find the cause and kept me informed
daily with status updates.
Special thanks to Larry Murphy, Service Advisor; Rod Harris, Manager of
Service for managing this effort, providing loaner cars and the
encouragement and courtesy they extended to me. I also thank Holman
Ford/Lincoln Mark Geller, Manager of Sales for his assistance and
additional courtesy after my car was repaired.
I also thank the mechanics who worked on my car.

I have never been to a dealer service
department for service on my own vehicle before and I must say at every
turn with the entire experience from buying my car to now servicing my
car has been a very pleasant experience. Michael Both was great. It was
raining and I did not have to go out to my car to get any information.
He went for me. The service was quick and I was on my way. And the
price was right with the oil change and tire rotation pkg.
p.s I just happen to be an employee, but was treated just like a regular
customer A+A+A+ To Holman.
